At our school, we deeply value the partnership between staff, parents, and carers in supporting every child’s learning and wellbeing. We believe that a strong, collaborative relationship with families is key to helping children thrive. Our school community is built on the principles of being safe, welcoming, and inclusive, with clear expectations of behaviour guided by our core values: Work Hard, Be Kind, Make Good Choices. In addition to our Staff Code of Conduct and our Relationship and Behaviour Policy for both staff and pupils, we have developed a set of key documents for parents and carers. These resources are designed to clarify expectations, promote consistency, and strengthen our shared commitment to creating a positive and respectful environment for all.
